The Quantum Thermagraph® Pant boasts the 686 Thermagraph® Warm Lining System with Body-Mapped Insulation, giving you the best of both worlds: the warmth of insulated pants and the temperature control of a shell. Insulated panels through the seat and knees ensure the places where your body comes in contact with cold surfaces—chairlifts and snow—is insulated, while large shell zones create superior heat and moisture management. This innovative lining system, coupled with Air-Flo™ inner leg vents, makes the Quantum Thermagraph® Pant perfect for braving the coldest winter days without overheating during warm spring sessions.

Recycled Poly fabric, at its core, is a recycled polyester fabric. Each yard of fabric is generated from 7 plastic bottles. It just so happens to excel where movement or comfort are concerned. It’s a moisture wicking fabric that dries fast, keeps water and stains at bay with a DWR finish, and holds off the suns attack with a UPF of 40+. Our Recycled Poly fabric is comfort.

Developed around your body in motion, our exclusive Thermagraph® technology places separate zones of insulation and breathability strategically throughout your jacket or pants. These zones work together to create an ultra-lightweight, warm, and highly breathable lining that increases versatility of your jacket and pants. Insulation zones are placed where your body needs warmth the most - your vital organs, spine, knees, and seat are surrounded by breathable, moisture wicking mesh to allow for the utmost moisture evaporation and body temperature regulation.

A lightweight insulation made of circular-like filament groupings that individually retain heat yet provide air movement between each group. The result is moisture resistance with a loft-like feel for superior warmth.

Taped Seams
The seams where pieces of fabric are brought together are the most likely spot for moisture to intrude into a garment. The seam taping process prevents this by making the seams as waterproof as their surrounding fabric. Seams in 686 garments can be fully taped throughout the garment or taped only at critical areas to further ensure quality workmanship and guarantee waterproofing.

Strategically placed throughout a garment, 500D Nylon gives you rugged durability where you need it most while allowing the rest of the pant or jacket to benefit from the advanced mobility that 686 has infused it with.
